The best thing to do is go to a gym and have a qualified personal trainer assess your situation. You'll get answers here but I highly doubt "exercise 3 or 4 times a day, run and bike and do weights, that's what I do" is going to help. You need someone to know every facet about you as far a weight, history, body comp as possible so they may provide the right solution as opposed to the "cookie cutter" responses you'll get here. Good luck to you.

The best way to lose weight is to combine watching what you eat and strength training. Watch your intake of carbs, sugars and saturated fat. Combine that with strengthening upper, mid and lower body at lease 3 times a week. Your muscles use metabolism to function and strengtheing them automatically causes an increase in your metabolism, which in turn burns fat. You may not automatically see in decrease in pounds but you will see a decrease in inches.

I have the same problem too. I just gave birth to my son 6 months ago. It's really devastating how our body changes after giving birth. I was really huge. It's a far cry from what I use to be. But don't worry things will be back to almost normal I guess after five months. For the first three months I still can't wear the jeans I use to wear before pregnancy. You just have to start dieting, not actually diet but eating the right kinds of food and avoiding the bad ones.Avoid softdrinks, sweets and fatty foods. I know it's really hard but it pays.I don't even it rice. When I did this starting my three months my weight from being 140lbs went down to 126 pounds. Yes it did an dI'm so glad.I feel normal again. My only problem right now is the bulge on my tummy, it just won't go away. This could be resolved I think by exercising which is I'm still very lazy to start. I would these days. My goal weight is 118lbs, yeah... that's my weight before. Don't worry friend your body will go back as it used to but start healthy eating /moderate eating right now and even exercising.

the best advice that I can say is give it time. You just had a baby three months ago. Just have fun with the baby, you will loose weight soon enough chasing after them, they grow like weeds you know!!!

There is nothing majic about what it takes to lose wieght. The difficult part is making ourself do it. Arobic Excersize at least 30 min three times a week. Drop most of the fat and carbs from our diet. You will loose wieght. Simple as that.
