Is smoking in public banned in your neck of the woods?

Sadly in this area the government has taken the right of the business owners away and made it illegal to smoke in any inside establishment. We can still smoke outside and in our cars but any inside public area is outlawed, with a few exceptions. Bars that make less then 10 percent of their money from food can have smoking, charitable organizations have the choice still, but that is about it.
