What is your pets name??

My dogs name is Oliver. He is a mix of a pomeranian and a dashund(spelling?). I adopted him in February. He is a surviving Katrina dog. He belonged to an elderly couple who lost practically eveything and was unable to take care of him. He has a good home and is very happy.

I have a big wooly mammoth Siberian Husky named Haus, he's copper & white with blue eyes. It's a German name meaning "House", but I got the name from an old western show called Bonanza starring Hoss Cartwright the big stronge and gentle cowboy, but I liked the spelling of Haus better. Haus is my lead & wheel dog on my sled team, I love him dearly and hope he'll become a champion someday.

How wonderful! I often wondered what happened to all the pets from Katrina and if they got back to their owners or were adopted. I'm sure that not only is Oliver happy but you are happy too! Pets become more than pets,there are family members. Oliver and you are lucky to have each other! Are you ready? LOL. Here are our pets and their names: 2 parakeets, Cloudee and Skigh 1 canary, Confetti 2 guinea pigs, Moose and Bear 1 chinchilla, Jingles (got from a rescue after someone tried to use her for snake bait!) 1 mini-lop, Rocky (adopted so he wouldn't become snake food) 1 cat, Critter (who adopted us) 2 yorkies, Sassee and Belle

LOL...actually, this is the first time in our marriage that we have not lived in the country but we do live on the edge of town in a development. We are blessed with a large house. My dogs are only 4 pounds so they are pad trained...making it really convenient.
