Not just bad, it's stupid. Is it hard to quit? Harder than anything else I've ever tried. And I've quit alot of things in my past. Force

It's obviously bad for your health and eveyones around you. It's very difficult to quit some people will fight that battle all the way to the grave. I quit and I'm glad I did.

Its stupid, and yes it is very hard to quit I am trying so hard have been trying for a long time and nothing seems to work...

cigarette - cigarette smoking is dangerous to your health
it is bad for your health as well as to other and to our environment. And it is hard to quit, once you're in you'll be addicted to it.
