yes i do beleive that drinking more water or at least 8-or more glasses of water is good for our health because it help our body to induce toxics and bodywaste inside that we take in our body.And drinking lots of water is a big help for our body to estabilize and clean our body system.

I try to drink at least 1 litre of water each day and if I'm exercising then I double that if possible. The heat here in Australia you use alot of body fluids and you need to replace them and water is the best thing to replace it with!

yup.actually if you drink 10 to 12 glasses of water every day you easily loose weight. It is proven as many fitness goers do that. So,drink a lot of water to become healthy and strong

Like most things it is only good in moderation. Just the level of moderation is higher in drinking water than many other things. If you drink too much water it is actually possible to down yourself, so drinking loads of water is not good. I however should drink more water.
