Pink Party Popcorn

3 tbs. butter
1-1/2 cups mini marshmallows
4 tbs. strawberry flavored gelatin
2 qts. popcorn
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir marshmallows into the melting butter. Let them soften but not melt completely. Add the gelatin. Stir until butter-marshmallow mixture is evenly colored. Gelatin does not have to be dissolved. Drizzle over popcorn and mix well.

That is different. I don't think I will like this, but kids like stuff like this. It would be great to offer this at our get togethers for them. : )

Oh how great for Valentines Day! I was going to let each of my teenage kids have a few friends over to watch movies (cheaper than going out for a date!). This will be great to serve them. Thank you so much!

That sounds devine and so easy to make that even I coudn't go wrong (I hope). I have just printed out the recipe and put it in my clip on the worktop, and hopefully I will make some for Saturday, while watching tv with my grandchildren. Thanks for the recipe.

That really sounds good and I love popcorn. Here is another good recipe for popcorn.
Caramel Corn Crunch
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Brown sugar, firmly packed
3 quarts popped popcorn
Cream butter; add brown sugar and whip until fluffy. In a large baking pan, combine popcorn. Mix in creamed mixture. Bake in 350-degree oven for about 8 minutes or until crisp. Serve warm if desired.

This sounds great!! I have made popcorn balls with the rice krispy treat recipse but this is a whole other way and we are going to a baby shower on the third of Feb. and it's a girl! And this will be a cute treat. maybe I can make baby girl heads and have a little cocnut as a small patch of hair and melt white chocolate with a little food coloring for the face,eyes mouth etc.. Cool thanks and it is also great for the Valentine, to bad they don't allow people to make anything and bring it to school now days everything has to be bought. Shame I think the kids would enjoy these alot.
