what's the most effective way to make you sleep?

i think, we should work on sleeping by maintaining our lifestyles. 1. WORK WORK and work harder physically. we should run, walk, climb stairs and physically get tired. 2. maintain a regulated lifestyle. we should do late nights and should not lead a sedentary lifestyle. 3. take a nice bath, this will ease you out. 4. eat a prope square meal at night, avoiding junkies, 5. go to bed with accessories to enhance sleep. like, story books or soft music, whichever is desirable. so my advice is to work out heavily and plunge in good food and a good sleep is bound to follow.

well i have a problem in sleeping before why?you cant sleep well too?..what i do is i make myself tire by doing alot of things that can make me tired, coz when a person is tire he/she can easilly sleep..try it..thats my problem before but not now,.i can sleep well now by just making my self tired,.go do something, work, exercise, run, play, dance and everything..that can really make you tired,.

just switch off all lights and stop thinking.. give rest to ur mind.. it helps... when u turn off lights u cant see anythin or u can just see darkness arnd u and nothin else... so get bore after some time as u dont have anythin new to see and think and when we feel bore we feel sleepy... how was that??? hoping for best response mark...

My doctor won't let me take sleeping pills. i have had insomnia for a very long time, like since around the 3rd grade. Ive tried alot of things to help. the most effective way for me is to take a couple shots of nyquil before sleep, but I've had a cople addictions to the stuff (can't sleep without it). The best ways to get more sleep is too keep active, go for a run, de-stress your life, and DO NOT think about not being able to sleep anytime before you got to bed. Hope this helps, try any natural solution to fall asleep.
