Do you regularly change your avatar on mylot?

definately avatars make u easier to watch on forums. u'r disscusions can easily be recognized and so are u'r responses. but people who change their avatars i think they do it because they get bored and they like dealing with new things. i'm a member for a month now and this is my second avatar

I have use this avatar since i joined mylot, i dont have a plan to change ti. Actually im using this same avatar in other communities i joined. Your right, an avatar is one easy way to track your friends discussions. An avatar is also used to represent a person in this virtual world maybe thats one of the reason why some pople change their avatar more often.

No, I leave my avatar alone. It helps me to identify which responses are mine and if there is any feed back to a respnse that I have left. It is just easier for me to identfy my stuff.

well i have not changed mine not sure when or if i will. But it is hard for me to see who is who.

very true. even i don't change mine. i only changed once when someone copied my avtaar..so i put up a original one. and since that day i havent changed. it relaly does make it diff to recognise friends if they keep changing. like when this guy copied my avtaar my friends kept replying to his discussions thinking it was me.. untill they noticed a constant decrease in quality of content.

I change it often, as when I feel like I wanted to post a new avatar. I think it is impotant that you keep your avatar so that your friends can regognize you but I can't help it, I keep on changing my Avatar.

I change my avatar on a regular basis. It is simply a matter of choosing an avatar that I like and using it for a while, then deciding that I fancy a change and selecting a new one. I realise that many people use the avatar to attract their attention to a member that they know, but with the username being fixed and the option of friends where the new avatar appears in your list then I do not think that it should cause too much confusion.

Not yet, but then again, I'm new here. I'm sure I'll get sick of that picture eventually.

I have changed mine once, but I don't plan to change it again. At first I used my real picture, but then I had second thoughts and didn't want to use my own pic. So, now I use the picture of my little dog, Paco.

i don't change my avataar.i like my present one.its nice and its cool.like me.

I started with one and changed to the one I have now. I will probably stick with it since it's one I have used elsewhere to represent myself. Just one I like that kind of shows things I believe in or like.

I reconize people from their avartar and I go to these discussion. I don,t think it's good to often change your avatar. Once a month can be good. I had the same avatar from the beginning (1month) and for the moment I'M not tire of it and I don't feel like change it :P

I dont change it at all.. I really like this picture and only when i'll get tireded with it i'll change it.. Until then vincent Valentine sutes me well :)

nope, i don't really change my avatar, because i already like what's my avatar right now. maybe, if i'd be changing that, it'll also be a shar-pei, because i really love those dogs, they're very very cute, and all you guys wont be having a hard time to recognize me because it'll be like almost the same avatar, same dog with just a new post. have a great day ahead!

I have changed mine a few times. I was using ones I made with photos and my PictureIt, adding 'MySpot' to them, so I'd be easily 'spotted'... then I switched to one I thought I'd be able to find easier for whenever I'm seeking a comment to my responses. Then, I found a couple pictures I liked a lot and thought represented who I was (my heart one, frog on a mushroom and fairy). Recently, I decided to make it even more personalized by using a photo of myself. Sorry if you keep getting lost on your bunny trail to find me ; )

I have had the same one since I started here several months ago. I am too busy responding to discussions to take the time to change mine.

There is one possibility from my side. In future I may change it. The last AVATAR may be my own photo.

i dont plan of changing my avatar. i like it the way it is.

I have never changed my avatar since i first sign up its the same avatar i still use. I agree that it makes it kinda hard to find people who keep changing their avatar. I love my avatar and i dont think i will be changing it any time soon.
