What multivitamins you're taking?

I take Enervon everyday...hahahaha...get carried away by the commercial featuring Bitoy and Pia...hahahaha..."Ang taong may E laging happy"...
Anyways, what multivitamins you're taking? A friend told me to shift to clusivol since it's more effective...dunno...am quite contented with enervon...lol

I never take vitamin supplements.I think that It is liable to break the bodily vitamin balance to do it.The main source of vitamin should be diet.I eat all kinds of vegetable as far as possible.I have never been particular about my food.
