inhumanexperiment I assume you're referring to the studies on vitamin E, because that's the only vitamin they've recently reported anything negative on. The problem with the studies showing negative effects from taking vitamin E is that they use only the alpha-tocopherol...

inhumanexperiment Which brand is it? Which vitamins does it have and in what quantities? It would be very strange if a multi-vitamin actually caused hair loss; if it has minerals like iron in very large quantities then maybe, but otherwise I wouldn't be too concerned.

inhumanexperiment You don't have to go organic with everything. The pesticides - if those are what you're worried about - are mostly in the peel, so you could choose organic when you buy fruit or vegetables with edible peel. Otherwise just buy the cheaper version. The...
