Did you know the album is #1 on the Billboard 200?

This is the ninth week that Daughtry has been on the Billboard 200 and I am thrilled. The album sounds great. Sales increase 30% over last week, so the start of American Idol may have helped sales. This is one album that doesn't have any songs that I want to skip, so I consider it to be an excellent choice to buy.

Hey I had no idea about that! It's really great to see that someone from American Idol is doing so well. Especially someone who didn't even come in first place! For his band to be on the top of the chart for that long really shows that he has a lot of talent! ^_^ He really wasn't my personal favorite on Idol, but I did like his music and it's really nice to see someone that I feel I 'know' a little bit hitting the big time. Thanks for sharing! ^_^

I feel that its great also, as this helps people realize that American Idol is helping people learn about good singers that may have never been successful. Thanks for the reply and I hope this season we find more great singers.

I also have his album. I just can"t stop listening to i and I hope that oen day he will come to my town to make a show. But right now his song his not really playing in my radio :(
I knew he was in the Billboard but didn't know he was #1. I knew he would be better then Taylor :)
I think I will be as popular as Kelly or Carrie :)

I hope he comes to my area also and it wasn't a surprise to me that his album would sell more albums than Taylor. American Idol is a way to get noticed by the record business and I am glad the show is able to help us see some singers that deserve a break. Thanks for the reply.
