natural weight loss is preffered way of losing weight as it is based on natural foods and does not involve any diet(or fad diet).you can b sucessful in ur weight los efforts in a natural way if u follow the following tips. 1. eat three regular meals a day.don't skip a meal,you 'll never burn fat by starving. 2. lunch should b th main protein & carbohydrate meal and the dinner should b lighter. 3. say no 2 white breads,buns and butter,ghee and oils. 4.eat plenty of fibers in d form of fruit,whole grains,lentils and vgetables. 5. aviod strong tea,coffee and fizzy drinks. 6. say gud bye 2 high sugar content fruits,vgetables and desserts such as potatoes,cooked carrots and sweet corn.

hey! i drink 1 litre of milk a day. consume at least 2 kgs of butter (maybe more)a month eat 4 meals a day. have 1/2 kg of ghee (at least) a month and im skinny. it also has things to do with climatic conditions. and metabolism. don't brand dairy products as a no - no. they are not bad. seriously. im not lying about anyhting i said above. believe me, im near skinny after all THAT.

yah i know u consum a lot. but dont u think to gain some thing v hav 2 lose something...... juz for some dayz kep control on ur self n then aftr u become averag.. start ating these stuffs slowly..

uh....dude. i've been eating this stuff for years. on a regular basis. no problems. im absolutely fine. not to mention skinny.

Hi see some more important to reduce the weight it really works. 100% no doubt, try it. Fruits and green vegetables are low calorie foods, so over weight persons should use these more frequently. One should avoid intake of too much salt. Salt may be a factor for increasing the body weight. Milk products like cheese, butter should be avoided because these are rich in fat. Meat and non-vegetarian foods should also be avoided. Spices like dry ginger, cinnamon, black pepper etc. are good for loosing weight and can be used in a number of ways. Rice and potato which contain a lot of carbohydrates should be avoided among cereals wheat is good. Vegetables like bitter gourd (Karela), and bitter variety of drumstick are useful for loosing weight. Taking of honey is an excellent home remedy for obesity. It mobilizes the extra deposited fat in the body and puts it into circulation, which is utilized as energy for normal functions. One should start with small quantity of about 10 GMs. or a tablespoonful to be taken with hot water. It is good to take it in early morning. A teaspoonful of fresh lemon juice may also be added. Fasting on honey and lime juice is highly beneficial in the treatment of obesity without the loss of energy and appetite. In this mode of treatment, one teaspoonful of fresh honey should be mixed with a juice of half a lime in a glass of lukewarm water. It can be taken several times in a day at regular intervals. Cabbage is considered to be an effective remedy for loosing weight. This vegetable inhibits the conversion of sugar and other carbohydrates into fat. Hence, it is of great value in weight reduction. It can be taken raw or cooked. Exercise is an important part of weight reduction plan. It helps to use up calories stored in body as fat. In addition, it also relieves tension and tones up the muscles of the body. Walking is the best exercise to begin with and may be followed by running, swimming, rowing. Lime juice is excellent for weight reduction. Juice of a lime mixed in a glass of warm water and sweetened with honey should be taken every morning on an empty stomach. Measure the portions of your food every meal and make sure that the portions are small. For example one portion of rice should not be more than the quantity which can fit in your fist. Smaller meals at a regular interval of 4 to 5 hours will keep your metabolism high and prevent your body from converting the food you intake into fat. You must also include regular exercise in your daily routine to help enhance weight reduction

well that was a good way to reduce weight but how can i leave out all the tasty food as that is what u have told to reduce weight.....so itv does tae a lot of effoert to loose weight.

Well, I do most of your suggestions already, but I do like my coffee, lots of it. The problem is that my husband has lots of food allergies, & my daughter is vegetarian/ vegan, & it is quite hard to cook the one meal that suits us all.

i am myself trying to lose weight.drink a glass of lukewarm water with half a lemon and some honey,it burns fats.also take fresh fruits and salad without dressing as snacks....

yea thats what im trying to do is loose weight i have cut back on alot of grease,sugars and starches. I have been drinking plenty of water and green tea and also exercise is included in my daily routine.

Ya you are right in this case their are some more tips to work with like eat cabbage by different ways like cabbage soup, cabbage fry or something which makes you to loose weight in 15 days as you say no need to diet or any thing else try it is true.

I think this is a good and natural way to lose weight naturally.. The most important thing is that how long can I keep this schedule. This schedule is much better than dieting because we can get regular nutrient from your schedule and we don't have to worry about malnutrition...

il sure try it out and i think it will work but i would like to ask you one thing have you lost weight with this diet.. i would like to suggest you one more thing they say after every meal you should have a glass of warm water that also helps in reducing and another tip is every morning you should have a glass of warm water with a lime juice and a tsp of honey mixed in it.. try these tips also
