What kind of exercises should i do to reduce fat at the lower back and sides of my body???? i dont want to do a lot of cardio coz i already have devloped arms nd muscles... doing cardio would decrease my muscles...so please give problem specific answers..

No true if you do shorter interval training you will not lose muscles. Have you take a look at 100 meter sprinters they are ripped and buff up . Do you have a fast metabolism or a slow metabolism? How many meals do you eat per day? All that questions will give me a idea how to help you.

Actually at the start of my work-out i do 10 mins. of either cross-trainer or treadmill followed by my warm-up and exercise. i have 3 meals daily+ snacks in the evening. Hey thanks for helping out!
