Anyone have any Memory Verses from the Bible?

sorry i dont know anything about bible as i am hindu.

Growing up, we made a bookshelf picture to sort out the books of the Bible by categories. For instance Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy are the books of the Law. If I can locate a copy later, I will post that. You of course start with Gen. 1:1 to memorize, and John 3:16. I did most of my memorizing in KJV and that is what comes back to me. Did you not have any verses you learned? As an adult I have worked with Bible quzzing, which works intensely on one or two books of the Bible yearly. Usually has 50 or more memory verses for each year. Other child hood verses that were meaningful are Romans 3:23, and Romans 6:23. I like IICorinthians 51:15 for hanging on the church nursery door "Behold, I tell you a mystery, WE SHALL NOT ALL SLEEP, BUT WE SHALL ALL BE CHANGED' touch of humor there.
