Is love out of fashion?

Just noticing that out here, love doesn't seem to exist anymore. So many men are trying to make money off of men that like men. Even women have to pay for dates, give expensive gifts to their boyfriends and yet the men cheat. A lot of girls start work, meet men at work, date, get pregnant then the guy just disappears... Is it just me or is love out of fashion in the Philippines?
