Leave before it gets too far. Definitely. I learned that the hard way.

If you love your patrner, and there is no abuse, physical or emotional, and you feel your partner loves you, stay. But, if the love is gone, and there is abuse, leave.

I think for me when its over then its over, you dont need to stay any further cos the more you stay the more you'll get hurt by either emotional or maybe physical and im sure thats the last thing you would not want to happen to you. And i think its better if you leave as soon as you can so that you can start a new life again.

Never stay where you are not wanted. Anyone who doesnt want to stay with you should be invited to leave.
I think though in marriage when rough times come up it is important to work on improving it and fixing the problems.
I also think you should be fixing problems before they become problems, which means communications and effort expended in advance of problems.

I think once it is over you should go. I think that unless the issue of why you broke up is totally dealt with that issue will remain and be the reason for the next break up, and the next until you really do decide to leave.
If it is over something petty and like the other response said - if there is no abuse of any kind - then you should try to work it out. But if it is over something major - although it is easier said than done - it would be best to move on now before you hate yourself later for wasting some much time in something that you knew wasn't going to go any further.
Best of luck
