Simply put a Louisiana home crawfish boil is one of the most prized passions of our Cajun culture. When everyone is stuffed and the left overs are prepare for that special crawfish etofee then you are really going after my heart. Let's not forget all the different kinds of Gumbos we like to prepare. My favorite is Chicken and sausage Gumbo.

i hear u on that cajun is so spicy and good popeyes has great cajun food too i ate there the other day it is one of my favorite places to eat yum yum and my famous crawfish soup is good too yum yum and jambalya is awesome too the chicken and sausage jambalya yum yum man i am making myself hungry thats pretty bad

Hi. I like cajun food. I like all spicy food for that matter. I like mexican food the most though I think. I love tacos, burritos, nachos, taco salad and queso and salsa. Yum yum. Making me get that craving and making me hungry, LOL.
