which is best lord of the rings movie among the three

I liked them all but since I have to chose I would say Return of King. It just had so much going on in it.

Now this is just such a tough question. I really liked all of them so much. Without one, the others would be nothing. I just usually think of them all as one big movie because it really is just one long story. I hated waiting for each of them to come out, though! But if I had to pick one I liked the most, I believe it was The Two Towers. I love how that one connected the other two so well. Now you got me thinking about them and I want to watch them again, for the umpteenth time!

I liked The Two Towers the best. What can I say, I love a good war movie and the battle of Helm's Deep was just brillant.

I'm with you. Return of the King was the best.

The three movies are great and fun to watch. But for me the best is the first one because of the wow factor when i first saw it that makes me a fan.

I could not choose between the 3. FotR has a great storyline and some skirmishes. TTT has quite a bit of storyline and the greatest battle scene. RotK has some storyline and several battles which are very well made. They are too closely interlinked and dependant on each other to choose one or the other. If I had to watch one, Ill watch FotR, because its #1 in the trilogy, and then the other 2 afterwards. i could never just watch one of them and not the other 2.

the two towers because it had more war and less travel what i did not like in return of the king is the travelling part.

WOW...tough one. I want to say Return of the King because it finishes the story and makes everything 'all better' so to speak. But the battle of Helms Deep was great. Plus the forming of the fellowship... I know it's between Return and Two Towers.

i loved the two towers. it was my favorite. i liked the whole Rohan land with the horses and the king and everything. but what made it my favorite movie was the battle for helm's deep. i loved that. with legolas and gimli's little competion of killing the orcs, and when the elves came to help fight. i somewhat liked the ent's parts, but it was diffentatly helm's deep that got me to love this movie.

lord of the rings trilogy is my favorite movie of all time. the three series is really amazing. but for me my favorite is fellowship of the rings.

Yah!! even i like the return of the king, the camera work and the special affects are uncomparrable and moreover the story background is much more stronger than the first 2 parts...keep earning...
