who do you actually approach, when things get worst?

problems, love life, situations, depressions, some frustrations, suicidal thoughts, financial, fed up, about to explode, in pain misery etcccc... name it... whos that person who your trust resides like of full confidence and without hesitations? is that person so close to your heart? why? why can you trust that person?for me, its my sister.. whatever problem, whatever thats been into me, she knows almost all, shes been through all the pain and depression that i have told her and she listens and never tells anyone unless i say so... she have all my trust since the young age and till i get old... take care everyone...^_^
