Mine is with food as well. I like taking cinnamon crisp cereal and dropping some dark chocolate chips into. I don't indulge but once a month. I could eat that everyday, but it's so not any good for me.

that is an interesting post, patrice! i like this GUILTY PLEASURES. i think i have quite a few. like when i splurge myself into KFCs, muffins, choc'lates, like when i lie to my mom about being busy in office when i am hanging around with friends or even like when i sound and act sick and get a whole lot of pamperings and attention from my partner. however, the best yet the worst of guilt pleasures would be the time when i used to buy fried potato flour chips (pakoras) for my grandma while returning from office even when i knew those are poison for her !! i just loved to see the grin and the way she used to maintain the secrecy. but the same makes me feel so much guilty now. she is no more with us and this one thing i would just wish to reverse if had a chance. thank you

I can't say that it makes me guilty, but I do love indulging in Keeblers Chips Deluxe Chocolate Lovers cookies. (try them they're great) I think I can finish half a package in one sitting. It doesn't make me feel guilty, it just make me feel sick. lol Too much is bad. I'm a stay home mom so my true guilty pleasure is leaving home alone, without permission from my hubby! No kids in tow, I go to the mall, or nearby fastfood restaurants. Peaceful.lol

yes of course! i think... majority of us have a guilty pleasures... by doing it for our own liesure but in the end... guilty we are after all. As for me... when i was send by the company for the project i should supposed to accomplish in just one time visit...of course since it was a company sponsored trip... luck for me and of course fun... But I made my best alibi, for me to return again to do roaming around for the second chance i got to missed during my previous visit...... i felt guilty after all... that it shouldn't be... but it got so nice sometime ... to play in between of those guilty pleasures we had.

I have a few of them. The one that I do everyday is have a good morning cup of Tim Horton's coffee with cream and sugar and I sit and enjoy it each morning alone while the kids are gone to school. The bigger one is that I take a an adult vacation every year without the kids and have gone to some great places

Yes I have a few indulgences other than your occasional godiva chocolate. I love high end make up, shoes, and purses. But hey I work and I can splurge everyonce in a while. Do not skip!

I'm a sucker for chocolate as well. Anything chocolate really. Sometimes it's candy bars and regular candy, other times it may be something such as doughnuts or cupcakes.

I love shrimp, fried in a garlic butter, with monteray jack cheese. We usually do not have the money to buy shrimp, and no one else in my family likes it, so when the babies go down for thier naps, once a week I make myself some, and read my book. Yes, it is a little guilty pleasure, but it makes me feel ooooohhhhhhh so good.

My one guilty pleasure is chocolate. If I could I would eat it all day long. But then I would probably weight 300 lbs. But there is nothing like a piece of chocolate after a long hard day.

I hate it when I give in to my guilty pleasures. It is like everytime I give in, I feel weak and shame. Some of my guilty pleasures are food. Junk food and fastfoods are one of my weaknesses and being lazy to do work. I hate it. I really don't indulge in them completely.

I believe everyone should have at least one. my guilty pleasure would be the internet addiction and also my overspending on accessories especially earrings and bracelet I'm totally addicted with them although I know I'm not going to wear them all the time, even if I try to rotate an accessories for a day, the amount is just so much I'll leave few accesories unworn. my internet addiction is in the other hand made me procrastinate from work and assignment a lot. I know it's not good but weeelll, that's what you call a guilty pleasure right *wink*

I think we all have guilty pleasures, but I really don't think we should allow ourselves to become too guilty over them because then we lose the enjoyment of indulging in them once in a while. My guilty pleasures are chocolate and takeaways, I love all sorts of takeaways - italian, indian, chinese, so I really enjoy indulging in them once in a while. I'm cutting down on the amount of takeaways I have at the moment as me and my partner got into the habit of having them once a week. Were aiming to only have them once or twice a month now, my theory is that we'll enjoy them more because we have them less.

well, what you said were normal highschool-college students "crime acts". don't worry, it's part of your life. as for me, i also done cutting classes, not only once but many times. during those times, i was with friends and we all had fun together. i never really regreted doing those things! lol!

If someone says ' I'm honest...I do not indulge in guilty pleasures' either he should be a liar or insane person.. every one does it..I've done from childhood..skipping classes, going to movies,,,hhha....ha....those were the very memorable ones....
