Is it possible to get fit and fine without doing excercises?

I don't think it is at all possible because while diet alone might shift some of the weight, it will not make you fit. However in saying that you can also walk every day for at least 30 minutes which will help your fitness level, even if the time is broken up into 10 minute segments. Also you should gradually increase the speed, distance and time that you walk to improve the fitness level

Very true, only diet alone or exercise alone doesn't help. They go hand in hand..it's good to eat right and at the same time work off what you eat. That helps in maintaining a healthy fit body. Thanks for your tip on walking:)
