what will happen to our planet earth when the SUN will never rise again?

If the sun will never rise than all makind will be wiped off as there will be no food for the people on earth, crops will not grow, animals which depend on the plants will die then the flesh eating animals will not get to eat plant eating animals as they also will die, so all life will be destroyed it will take some time but surely after some time such things will happen, some insects and species will survive which are not useful for mankind. so the sun is really very important without the sun we will fail to exist even though we do not realize his importance always.

Almost all creatures/life forms which of course includes human beings here on earth depend on the sun for energy because it's the main source. Thus, almost all living things cannot survive (unless we could have figured out an alternative way to extract solar power before then). The ones that will survive are the non-photosynthetic bacteria and insects/organisms that dwell underneath the ground.

It will grow cold and all life as we know it will disappear

if that ever happened there are other living things will never survived because there is no sun...

I think this is something they expect to happen many, many, many years from now. But I thought they sort of thought the sun would explode and wipe out everything in its path which would include earth. But if the sun just decided not to shine on the earth anymore, everyone would eventually die. Nothing could grow and it would be SO cold and everything would freeze. The conditions would be worse than the coldest place on earth already.
