walking or jogging? which is better?

walking seems so have slower impact while jogging tires me fast? i even have my treadmil here. but still im confused if i should walk nor jog with it? please help!

Well I used to think I couldn't run very well so I only walked but that was just because I was out of shape real bad lol. Jogging will tire you faster if you don't normally do it. I would recomend maybe try jogging for a couple minutes then walking , then jogging again. It will kind of build up your stamina so you can run longer. I remember when I first started jogging I couldn't even run 1/10 of a mile without having to stop. Then I started to do the running then walking, to try and build that up, and now I can run a mile with no problem. Start out slow and you will be able to jog more in no time!

Hi I think that going for a walk is better, but in regards to treadmill I suppose you could run but I think that going for a walk in the mornings is a lot better than a treadmill, and you would get more benefits from this than any treadmill I have tried the treadmill and do not feel the same.

I prefer walking fast on my treadmill. I'm not sure which one is actually better for the heart or body workout. I just do whatever my body will allow me to do the day I am exercising.

I've the treadmill and i use it all day :P i don't run speed on this but i walking speed :P

HMMMMM.........URS IS A CASE WHICH ALMOST EVERYONE FACES!!!!THIS IS THE QUESTION WHICH EVERYONE HAS....WALKING OR JOGGING!!!! well the best thing that can be done is to do the BOTH!!!! first you start by walkin everyday for about a month and a half.....DO NOT MISS EVEN A SINGLE DAY....this will set up a routine for YOUR BODY...then increase the pace of your steps...in between your walking,you could start jogging..AND PLEASE DO NOT JOG MORE THAN U FEEL LIKE...JUST STOP WHEN U START GETTING EVEN A LITTLE BIT TIRED...KEEP ON DOING THIS EVERYDAY...AND AFTER A LITTLE TIME YOU WILL BE AMAZED TO SEE THAT YOU CAN JOG FOR VERY LONG DISTANCES!!!! HAVE FAITH IN YOURSELF,HAVE SOME DETERMINATION,N ULL BE HAPPY!!!
