Are you good at group discussion ???

Did any one attended group discussions.It is an important part of attaing a good job.What preparation should a candidate do ,before appearing a group discussion.Please share your ideas with me.

You have to take your confidence along when going for group discussions and that comes from your depth of knowledge, comfortable attire and overall personality.

I get very nervous in a group discussion for fear of judgement. I have never been able to stand before a crowd of people without being nervous. If you are head strong and beieve in yourself, I see no problems for you. Good luck. I would prepare though by making notes of comments.
