No, I think that is part of love storey pulp fiction.
Love is far deeper than that.
I eye up the girls all the time and really appreciate them but that is not love.

I don't think I can, in my case. I can tell if they like/ dislike me or want/ avoids me from their eyes but that's very rare

yes i can tell a person through eye contact.eyes are the big source to explain love .

Yes I have sensed it when someone loves me through the way they look at me. It's a wonderful feeling. I guess you need to know that person well to be able to tell though.

Of course. Love is better expressed thru feelings than words. A really warm and caring stare can manifest love. =) A hug usually follows afterwards. =)
