A lovely faithful girlfriend....is it possible?

My friend had a lovely faithful girlfriend and she cheated him by marrying her ex-boyfriend ( seems quiet wiered and pathetic). she promised my friend truley that she wont leave him and she is not regretting anymore what she did to him at all. I got some advice on this . That girl hasnt told her parents or brothers about my friend and straightaway marreid to her ex-bf and she looked good and innocent infront of her family as she married in her own caste. What do you think... should my friend inform her brother about my relationship. he dont wanna take revenge but just wanna let her family know that what this unfaithful girl did to him..
