Should parents continue to finance their childen after the children are 18?

Why do people wear sunglasses in the dark??

I have no idea why.. But recently, I've seen alot of people going about town with their sunglasses on. It's okay if the weather is all sunny and hot but the thing is, it's at the oddest places i can think of. 1)In the basement...
