i need a list of foods that has high fiber in it to help with my sons constipation problem

Believe it or not, raspberries contains a really high amount of fiber.

This is a good question. I have problems and need fiber too. You should always get brown bread. Try to incorporate my fruits and vegetables. Brown rice is good. Things like oatmeal...and bran flakes. Also you could try a soluable type of fiber that you just add to a drink...metamucil...etc.

white meat(I think)
My son suffers from constipation, I usually give him raisins which helps.
Be careful with toast and bananas because they do contain fibre but they can make constipation worse.
