I learnt bits that I can still rememeber, like,
six sixes are thirty six, six sevens are forty two, six eights are forty eight, six nines are fifty two but thats about it. That might not even be right.

I had to learn it in fourth grade and we were pressured because we had to recite it in front of class. My favorite were the 5's and 9's. I was suprised today, parents were talking about how their 8 year olds are multiplying 5 digit numbers in schools. Is it really that advanced now? I remember having fun in 2nd grade, nothing like that.
