i like avast antivirus, n also it is free

You should try AVG Free Edition 7.5 ( or the latest ). I've been using this for more than 6 six now and I haven't had a single virus attack since. Its very fast and also free.

i suggest u use the symantec antivirus or nod32 with spyware upgrade on the system (it works great-SYmantec is the biggest name in antivirus soft producers in the word)..u can choose from these two and you'll work on your system with no problems.Have a nice day!

I use Avast as well and have done for years. No complaints about it at all.

I like AVG, and I use the free version. (from http://www.grisoft.com/) I used to have Norton, but it really slowed down my computer. AVG doesn't, and it caught things that my Spybot and AdAware did not catch, which is impressive to me.
