They best way would be to let it fall out on it's own but if you are worried that your child will choke on it while they are sleeping , what we always do is tie a little piece of floss or string around the tooth then get the kids to look at something or start to tell you something and when they are not thinking about what you are going to do , then just pull it . Never bothers them at all . The initial idea of having the tooth pulled is more scary to them the the actual having it done . It will usually bleed for a bit but they never complain that it hurts .

well the child is just afraid of the pain so i suggest you tell them you just want to wiggle it(make up something about the tooth fairy needs to know when to get there or something. depending on the age of the child) then you push it back and forth a few times like you're observing it, then you just yank it out. it sounds worst than it feels believe me. today i find it quite amusing how i used to fall for that trick every time, happy mylot day.

The best way is to send that child to a dentist for it is not right that you are going to pull it for it might cause some infections and you will be spend of money and risk that your child will get some infections. For that child to get some medication too after pulling his/her teeth.

First it has to be really loose. Then tie a piece of fishing line around it and make sure it is at the buttom of the tooth where the gum is.Then tell your child that your going to tie it to the door knob. They have seen this on t.v.So now they aren't excepting u to pull it but to go tie it on the door knob. This is when u do one fast yank.It works everytime.Good luck

My teeth just fall by their own in different circumstances . . . some of them funny . But I also tried that thing with the thread and the door once ( when I was a child )and the feeling it's not so pleasant . . . but it passes :D

I think the best way to pull a child's tooth is to fool him, tell him that is not going to hurt and when he is not paying attention you pull the tooth.
