astronomy photos and sounds

I've been looking at NASA's astronomy pictures for years. Visions of space as taken by various astronomers around the world, and satellites floating around in space are a delight to see. Everyone has access to them at http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa/apod/
One of the most amazing things was when I first heard the sounds in space. If you do meditation or relaxation to sound then you can't go past them. check out www.nasa.gov/vision/universe/features/halloween_sounds.html
Don't let the halloween put you off.

I love looking at pictures of space. Gives me such a sense of AWE. Makes me feel very connected with God.
On a side note ... I homeschool and got these awesome posters for next to nothing. I will try to remember to find the name of the place and let you know.

They are so beautiful. I'm a stargazer from birth me thinks. Have you listened to the sounds in space. Awesome! Totally Awesome. If you want to lose yourself in a lovely place, or space lie down on the bed or floor, whatever, turn it on and just let it take you. Gone, like you are flying in the stars.
