What is your opinion on mylot referrals?

Apart from giving you more money ... do you just think mylot is a giant pyramid scheme or is it something besides that?? How much is too much?? I am starting to feel bad for having referrals as I don't want to just be high up the chain bumming off them. I didn't think of it in this way until someone commented on it. Thoughts and opinions please!!

I want to recruit some referrals to make some more money. They don't lose anything, and in the end MyLot has to pay out more to its users, so I think it is good.

I wish you well in recruiting people - it comes down to who you know and how much they will spend online.

mylot referral is good. It makes us earn better and faster, well that is if you have plenty of active referrals. And referrals are hard to find. Dont feel bad about having referrals. Your referrals can also find referrals. As what you said, its like a chain, a pyramidding-- helping each other. Your referrals help you. your referrals find referrals to help them and so on.

yeah i know but i still feel bad as i'm making money off of them. i know its not out of their account but still ... i do majority of the work here myself and get a few cents a day from my referrals.

More money.I am not getting paid for all my discussions and posts.yes it pays but verry less. Many times it wont pay you for images too.for 20-25 images you get 0.02.is that good.

Why feel bad? You didn't force them to do something against their will. And it's not like money is being taken out of their account to be added to yours.

In my opinion mylot referrals are good way to earn more money, but the only thing is that you have to get more active referalls than 100 inactive referrals, so its a good idea but i cant find active members, they will be active for some time and suddenly they stop posting.

I don't have any referalls I think it would be nice to have at least one.. I'm sure it's o.k you are doing the work of posting too so don't feel bad it's not like your sitting there doing nothing while your referralls are working hard....

yeah thats true ... i mean my referrals only make me a few cents a day - not dollars upon dollars. i think it would be boring just to sit back and let them do all the work

I think mylot is not giant pyramid scheme, because we earn money in mylot to post and response discussions, and we only get share revenue from mylot from our active referral, so if we have many referrals but they all don't active, we still not get any money from our referral, so it's just a win win solution, not giant pyramid scheme.

more referrals more money so try to have many referrals, do not think of bad and negative things as it will slow you down, just keep on being active..everything is a risk, so be thankful that there is mylot.. goodluck

I think referrals are just ok. I mean yeah its like a big pyramid scheme but you'll never invest any money on it. You just have to exert more effort and time for you and your referrals to earn. And I think all of us consistent posters here know that mylot is legit, so you dont have to worry about your referrals backlashing on you for mylot being a scam.

I don't know that much about the referral part of mylot. i only have three referrals here, and two of them are still at a zero post number. one however has three post and they haven't been online for along time now.

If earnings is to be an issue, then there is no doubt that 'active referrals' are THE BEST way to earn here, or at any other website, for that matter. The best thing about the 'active referrals' is that, if you can manage to make some 100 good referals, most of which are active on the site, partly or fully, then, they make up for permanent long term earnings for you. Even if you can not be active on the site for some time for whatever reasons, you still can have a decent earnings from your referrals, and their sub referrals too! It is like a chain reaction - one to two, two to fore, fore to eight (though not necessarily in that order). As far as getting 'active' referaals for this site are concrend, well it would require some hard word - looking into yahoo chat rooms, orkut profiles, placing free/paid adds at the righ places, and a lot of other things. Once to start doing it, the concept gradually starts becoming clearer to you. As I said, it does require a hard work at the begining, but considering its future scope, I think, its worth it. myLot, as I see it, has got a great future. Good for it, and good for us as well ! Cheers !

*huggles* thanks heaps for this comment ... I doubt many of the people i've lured over will be active ... but i think it would be really hard to maintain a stack of active referrals.

You shouldn't feel bad at all. You earned your referrals and that is the way the system is designed. If your referrals are active and earning you extra money they are also contributing to mylot.

I guess ... but I dunno - there is something inside that is anti-pyramid scheme ... it just sounds so dodgy even though there isn't money being involved.

The problem is that you have a big heart sasselle....just relax and think that you're bringing many people here and giving them the chance to make a bit of money and most importantly to share their experiences and try to learn a bit from people from different cultures and areas all around the world. That's the way i would look at it.

mylot refferal is part of the people that can add your earning in mylot if they would be active member,if i am not mistaken that we can get 25 % from the member earning

I don't think it's a scheme, cause you don't have to have referrals to make money. I think it's more of a reward for bringing more people to the site. I don't have any referrals and probably won't. I might mention this site to friends, but most of them have better things to do than hang out here to make a couple of cents.
