I would give a tight hug to my partner and will not let him to go even for a second and will talk to him as much as I can.

probably just hold each other, and tell that person how much they mean to me.

i would plan a romantic event for those few minutes so that she could always remember me like that. she would at lat have good and pleasant memories of our last moments together. I preferably would not tell her about the impending event so that I can enjoy the joy on her face. I guess that is a little selfish of me but then she could just spoil it all by crying if she knew about it.
