In the Hebraism there are 500 women rabbi, only one in Italy, my country. The Hortodox hebrews don't recognize them. In the Christianity, as the 12 apostles were men, female priesthood does not exist. Only in the Anglican Church women can practise the priesthood. In the Islam there is only one woman Imam: Amina Wadud. In your opinion, why Monotheism is so sexist? Fear of women?

I had a councellor that was a female pastor once. She was really nice. If I ever get formally married I would have liked her to do the cerimony.
