which mobile phone do you have?

i am looking forward to buy a mobile phone.i think, i will
go for nokia or sony ericsson.but i cannot decide which nokia's model or sony ecrisson's model should i buy?if you have other than these two companies,like samsung please let me know with the price also.
help me out.i will be thankful to you.

i am using samsung d510 bought it for US $250, a slide phone. the camera is very good 1,3MP, with external memory (microSD) and 30mb internal memory.
but i have plan to upgrade my phone to the 3G mobile phone. maybe SE M600 or Nokia N73. but wait until i have money.
