I have tried excersizing, watching what I eat and making sure I am eating healthier but I can't seem to get the baby weight off. Can anyone tell me of some vitamins or weight loss pills out there that can help me? Something that won't cost me an arm and a leg. I can't afford to go to like programs like weight watchers, jenny craig or anything like that. Please help!

Hmmmmm its not very difficult to lose weight unless and until there is some kind of a harmonal imbalance or severe ailments. Try the Atkins Diet plan(check website)and regular exercising with a must must 3-4 litres of water intake, you can shed 4 kilos in a month...... It helps a lot.........

Sorry that your having a hard time losing weight. I completely understand how hard it is to lose weight. I tried the pills and the costly programs and none worked for me. The only thing that worked for me is http://www.fitday.com/ At this site you post everything you eat and this helped me stop the late night snacks and the its only a few calorie thoughts. I enjoy reading the success stories, which really motivates me to lose weight. Its free to sign up and quickly see how many calories you just consumed. I have lost 10 pounds and am feeling great.
