whats your worst habbit?

my worst habbit is chewing my tongue when i concentrate...i don't even know i'm doing it half the time and its not very attractive so when i catch myself doing it infront of other people i get a bit embarassed...allthough its not as bad as my sisters worst habbit she picks her nose and eats it she's not ashamed of this at all and does it all the time..it makes me feel ill!!!

Probably picking off nail polish and constantly cutting my nails. Nail polish doesn't last any longer than two days on me.

Thinking the worst about my self, that if I don't hear from people they are upset with me for something when there is nothing to be upset about, when things go wrong thinking it is my fault, I guess I have a self perseccuion complex, I wish I could stop it...

My worst habit is chewing my lip ring, I don't realise I'm actually doing it until it starts hurting! My daughter has a habit of chewing her gum, which is really annoying. I must say though your sister wins hands down for the most 'gross' habit!

My worst habit would have to be grinding my teeth or even playing with them with my tongue. I get nervous about losing my teeth or suffering from TMJ since I already get lockjaw. I know...when will I learn?
