do you like freebies? do you buy stuff because they have good freebies? what's the coolest freebie you ever got? mine would be a romantic getaway for 2... it's not actually a freebie but a prize i won from buying a product. they had a raffle, a trip every hour and not a lot of people knew about it because it was only done in one mall. the product was ponds and it was pretty expensive i think i spent 1,100 pesos on 3 items but i won a trip that's worth at least 50,000pesos.

Yours worked out for you, however, I don't feel you should pay anything to have a chance to win something. Something that is a money raiser for a good cause would be my exeption. If I recall it also made you have to negotiate your living arrangements for care of your children. Not sure it was really all that worth it. Freebies implies free, no money.

Yeah but it was a purchase to get a raffle ticket. We live with our nanny, she's a relative. My 6 year old stays with her here at home and my little one will stay with her dad during my trip.

I love Freebies! I do buy stuff when they have freebies because it makes it more worth my while. The best freebie that I got recently was at Lush. After Christmas they usually have a free for all promotion. For every $35 you spend - you get a free item - stipulation that it was made before December. I live far from a Lush so I drove three hours. I had gift certificates from Christmas. I ended up spending $105 and I was able to get a bottle of $12 toner, a gift box with three products worth $25 and a gift box with 6 products worth $45. I got free products equalling over $80. I love that about Lush. And the even crazier thing is that Lush has huge gift boxes that cost $225 and some lucky people were able to get those free with a $35 purchase.

If you are talking about raffles or drawings, I have won a set of encyclopedias, and a karaoke machine... no purchase necessary. A couple of my sons have also a won guitar, also no purchase necessary. As far as free products that were a sure thing rather than being a drawing or a raffle, I have gotten a lot of full sized products. These products included shampoos, conditioners, deoderants, hair sprays, razors, colognes, music cds, karaoke cds, and much more.

I like getting freebies and send off for them quite a bit. Sometimes I'll buy the products that I get for free but not always. The best freebie that I've gotten so far was a Senseo coffee maker. They were having a promotional giveaway and I received one, no strings attached. It's great!
