I usually feel the stiffness and pain in my lower back, my inner thighs and my back but as the day progresses, it gets better only to return in the late afternoon and evening.

I think you tend to feel everything in the late afternoon and night because that is when you're not thinking about anything anymore. When you're busy your mind tends to overlook all that. Just like me, after shopping a few hours, when I'm done shopping my feet hurt like crazy and wish I could just be at home at a snap of a finger. You should have that looked at though. Take care.

Hi, I am pretty fortunate that I don't suffer too much from f/m. I also have osteo arthritis in my knees. My biggest issue with pain is my neck/shoulder area (i work p/t as a receptionist and full time as a freelance author). But when i get the flu or a cold, look out! I am in HUGE pain...are you the same? cheers,

There are times that the pain is tolerable but when I catch something else like have an asthma attack, cold or the flu, then its really a big battle with the pain.

My symptoms are worse in the mornings. My feet and legs hurt, as so my hands and neck. Usually, by 10:30 AM or so, I am moving o.k....not painfree, but definitely better. I tend to start hurting again at bedtime, but it is still not as bad as morning.

I feel my pain the worst in the morning when I wake up. Some mornings I just lay there because it hurts too bad to get up and cold mornings makes it worse. I just want to stay in my warm bed all day. I wake up with my legs and knees hurting. My hands and fingers also hurt pretty bad. Once I am up and moving around, it lessens a bit. I really do hate mornings though.
