I saw in the store this new Colgate toothpaste that claims it strengthens teeth and also makes them whiter. But have you tried a whitening toothpaste that isn't too expensive and works pretty well? And generally how long do you start to notice whiter teeth, a week, a month?

Have you even tried GoSmile? Its kinda pricey but totally worth the dough. After I started using GoSmile I noticed whiter teeth in approx a week.

I went to the dentist yesterday and im a tooth fanatic..I use Aguafresh extreem clean empower mint plus whiting,it has a whiting plus mouth wash,it is very good, and it foams up in your mouth and it leaves such a clean feeling...Then I take Hydrogen Peroxide and put one cap of it in my mouth and hold it there for about 5 minutes then spit and rinse,I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT your teeth will get very bright and white. It will not hurt your teeth and it is safe, you can read on the label that it is a grat mouth wash and whitener, also about twice a week use baking soda and brush and it is also a whitener....and above all always flos and also brush the tongue since it holds bacteria....you can have white teeth

Did you know that brushing with out toothpaste is just as effective then brushing with toothpaste? I find that kind of funny. I still use toothpaste of course. I use the Colgate Pro-Health. I have seen a difference in my teeth, they are whiter and less sensitive to cold and hot. I will continue to use it has it is my favorite toothpaste.
