Surprise Money! AniZona Con Will Bring Me More Joy Than I Thought

I will admit it. I love surprise money. And when I logged into my Paypal account to find not a couple of dollars but fifty six dollars, I was thrilled. Yes, Mylot paid me early again.
I'm hoping to have over a hundred in my Paypal account by the end of February. As most of you know, I have a convention coming up in April. And everything I earn here and through Associated Content will be going to my Con Madness Fund.
For those who aren't familiar with Anime Conventions, there's a dealer's room with dozens of tables from all manner of retailers. Manga, DVDs, cosplay items, doujinshi, action figures, OSTs, art books... everything you could possibly imagine. And with no anime stores in my area, AniZona con is my one shot at getting all that merchandise I adore without dealing with shipping and handling.
I expected to be going to the con mostly broke - which is fine, I'm still cosplaying and there are some voice actors I want to get autographs from - but now I'm feeling very pleased that I will actually be able to get shopping done as well!
Fingers crossed that my February payout is as good as January's!

Oh, I intend to! I wasn't able to get to the doujinshi table early last year, but I intend to this year! Assuming I don't get distracted and spend the entire con drooling over Wendee Lee....

I'm in Michigan, but I'm in the Upper Peninsula. Which means even to get anywhere downstate it's several hours of driving. And I don't have a car, so I'd have to get someone else to take me.
This spring I have hopes of finally learning to drive. Why I haven't done so already (seeing as I'm 26) is kind of a long story, but it involves both not having a chance to do so and losing a boyfriend in a car accident right when I started trying to learn the first time.
If you do find something in my area though, let me know and I'll try to find a way to arrange it. I would so love to have a chance to go to a con! I've heard so much from friends who've been to them that I've spent hours imagining!

I'm doing the happy dance as well. I received my payment just a few minutes ago. I was very happy with it. It was for more then I had originally planned on. Always nice to have that surprise. I figured it wouldn't be for another week either so that was another thrill. All the way around I'm very happy today.

Nice Job man. That is really great. I usually only get about 1 dollar or less a day. It seems like you are very active on this website. That is really good and I hope you have more success in the future. I have had a lot of fun on this site and I hope I get as much as you some day. I guess your one of those super posters that make the community much better. Well, I'm off to go post more and make more money. I hope you do well in the future.

Then you must be familiar with Manga comics made into tv soaps.I had one with Goong(palace),Meteor Garden.They are both based in MANGA.Anyway,congratulations.

Good for you that you reach the same payout which I did not did here in Mylot. It's good that you also have some online resources. Yes it is really good if you receive some money without expecting it is really a good feeling.
