Does anyone know a good remedy for motion sickness?

'm flying out on December 2/06 and I don't fly well but want to take this trip. Please help !!!!!!!!! :)

i don't get motion sickness but i heard that if you take gravol just before flying, it should help

A more natural solution is ginger and peppermint, they help with motion sickness.
