Eating Utensils

A while back, I heard news of a child getting in trouble for using a fork and knife if I remember right. Please tell me what country you're from and what you use to eat. Here in the Philippines, we usually use spoon and fork, anything we please. Some eat with their bare hands, it's an art, I can't do it myself.

Wow, that's neat to know. Why do you use spoons only? What do you usually have for meals? Thanks for replying.

I'm from a tiny tiny country in Asia. The type of utensils we use really depends on what type of cuisine we are dining on. If we were having Chinese food, then we'd be using chopsticks and typical Chinese utensils. If we were having Western food, then it'll be knife, spoon and fork. Traditionally, Malay people use their hands to eat. It takes a lot of skill to do this so less and less people are able to do this these days.
