I have an annoying scar I want to get rid of. Has anyone tried a good scar remover that actually worked? Or is it too late if it's not a new scar?

if things are fairly new, vitamin e-oil from the oral supplement capsules (just pierce and sqeeze the capsule) is very good. that's what I used on the scars between my eyes (dog bite, 13 stitches) other than that, Lush do a massage bar called Therapy that has Neroli, Lavender and Cocoa butter, all of which are very good to use on scars.

Well actually removing it you'd have to have surgery however you can fade it so that it's not as obvious. Coco Butter is the best for this. They sell it in a tub or a stick and it looks almost like butter. You can buy some lotions with it but check the ingredients. If the coco butter is near the bottom of the list don't bother. It has just enough to put the name on the label. You want something where it's within the first 5 ingredients. Apply it at least twice a day and you'll see it fade in time.

hmm, how about you try to buy contractubex? i had chickenpox when i was in my teen years and my mom gave me that to lessen the marks of the scars. :) it worked. whew! how about you try it. im not sure if it works for long time scars though. good luck!
