We went to Las Vegas last August and it was an awesome experience. It was our first time and we didn't mind the heat as well the big crowd. We still enjoyed ourselves there. We stayed in Treasure Island. Oh, and I love their pirates show outside the hotel. I also love Bellagio Hotel because of its magnificent fountain. I never thought I can see it in person! Cause I just usually see it in movies/shows only, ofcourse the famous Ocean11. But hopping from one hotel to another, I really like Mandalay Bay and it became my favorite. It is so modern. It's so majestic.

We recently (in December) stayed at the Excalibur for five days. It was fabulous. There security is very good. They also have a tram that will take you to the Luxor and Mandalay Bay, without even having to go outside. We also saw their Tournement of Kings show, which was out of this world. Have a blast. When are you going?

I love being right on the main strip where the colored lights show is. I cant remember the name of it. But its laser lights they put above the sidewalk so you can look up and watch, that shows like airplanes passing over. Its so pretty to see. The Four Queens hotel is right by it. When I go to las Vegas I stay at the Four Queens hotel just so I can see that light show.

Vegas is the perfect place for mini-get-aways. As much as I love it I couldn't be there for more than 3 days. The Venetian - most people think its really expensive to stay here and it is, unless you go during the non-peak periods - November and December around the holidays. We got two suites at $150/night and they were fabulous. Very worth it. Beautiful hotel and ideally located.
