It's very easy for me to lose weight. Just do fasting. However, don't force your body to do it immediately. You have to do the method gradually. Try to decrease the amount of food intake for the first day (not full fasting), and then the second day, when you think you are ready, you could fast for the whole day. The more you train your body with fasting, the more easier to do it. Or, if you can not do it; you can keep eating food as much as you like during the day, but at night time, stick with the rules that NO MORE EATING except drinking water.

Hey dear lovely, If you want to lose weight first go see a doctor to make sure you don't have any health problems, conditions, and get a physical. Don't follow the BMI-unrealistic and proven faulty. You want to move more-by being more active whether it be cleaning, walking somewhere, doing activities, parking away from the store so you have a longer but comfortable walk. You also might want to look into deals where you can exercise for free not unless you want pay for classes or a gym. Churches usually have activities you can join, help out, or take classes. I find just having an more active lifestyle or making time for exercise and sticking to it. Just let others know that during that time your unavailable not unless they want to join you exercise. Eat smaller portions when you feel comfortable too. If you try to diet, you'll fail put on more weight-plus dieting cuts down your metabolism. After losing weight from exercising you would want to cut back-selfesteem wise as you'll feel stronger and capable and more likely to pull through with weight loss. Here's a suggestion-full length mirrior. Study yourself-and not with hatred but to become familiar with your body. every two weeks after exercising or sooner if you feel like it so you can see the changes and where you can work so you can feel more confident. No use doing thigh exercises when you got great legs and have backflab or turkey arms. Or imagine doing alot of wightbells and what makes you uncomfortable in your skin is a big waist or lower body. I suggest walking, then stretches, doing stairs...being more active-then taking up an activity. Before you know it you'll want to do more and more-but take it slow you don't want to be discouraged or get injured. That would definetly set you back and put you in the failure loop. Good LUCK BEauty! I hope everything works out for you.

First you need to visit your doctor to make sur eyou have no medical conditions causing your weight problem. Then if you do have any problems that needs to be treated. Next you need to either see a nutritionist or go to the library and learn about portion sizes. (seeing a nutritionist is faster and easier) Next you need to write out a menu with exact portion sizes predetermined, If you are not used to using portion sizes I would recommend using prepackaged meals to start with. For breakfast one package of oatmeal, one slice of toast and one 8 ounce glass of milk, then for lunch a large leafy salad, (lettuce and tomatoes) then use only a small amount of salad dressing For supper one south beach dinner and a salad. (the salad to help you feel fuller) Also you do need to drink more water try to drink eight to twelve glassses of plain water every day. And avoid sodas and juice (juice has a lot of calories per serving) In addition to the above you need to exercise every day. At first I would suggest just walking, either at an indoor mall or around a track. Try to work up to one mile a day, then increase until you are up to about five miles a day. After you can do this comfortably or without too much trouble start adding other exercises, and maybe take a few exercise classes. If you decide to take a class I would suggest a martial arts class, the reason is because you will burn a lot of calories and you will get to be in very good shape if you attend a good class. But don't start without first making sure you are healthy, and make sure that you have started doing at least some walking so that you will not be as sore later on. Loosing weight can be hard for some people, but the thing to remember is this you did not gain all this weight overnight, so you will not loose it all overnight either it will take you a little time to loose this weight. You can do it but you will have to do it slowly just as you gained it, and if you will make small changes in your diet you will be able to make these changes permanent, and gradually you will feel better as the weight comes off. I hope you do well. Just don't give up. If you stick to your diet plan more days than not, and make life changes you will be able to loose weight and keep it off.

walking and jogging is the best solution , don't waste time in any kind of machine and medicines. they will cause loss of money and side effects also.
