To me the soldiers had had to kill Saddam during the war. U.S. invaded Iraq and after discoverng him they could kill him, like in a war action.
The capital punishment doesn't convince me.

How could it NOT have been? After everything that he has done and still would have done if he hadn't been caught! Just my 2 cents!

Well, every one has good-side and bad-side. He was had a very-very-very mistake. killer machine, but, i think, not only him who must be hung. How about israeli army who killed a lot of people in palestine? are they hung too?
