Do you think family size should be regulated if you do why??

Also what about education do you feel all kids should attend public school at some point in their lives whether or not the parents agree?
And how do you think it should be enforced if you believe that a families size should be limited.
Just thought I would use these as discussion starters this morning.

I don't think family size should be regulated. We should all have the choice to have children or to not have children. I do think that people who are on government assistence should not keep having more children, but that is a good choice that they should be smart enough to make on their own.
I also don't think that everyone should have to attend public school. If the parents can afford to send their children to private school and wish for them to have a private school education then they should.
