I looked up the meaning of my name (Tommy) and it turns out that it meants "twin". It's weird. I'm not a twin. Never really thought about having/being one. I guess name meanings don't really have a lot to do with how we really are, huh? What's your name mean?

Curiously enough, I have never really thought of what the meaning of my name is. So, for the sake of your question, I looked it up. My name is Tonya and what I learned exactly two minutes ago is that my name is, of Russian origin?...O.K that doesn't quite fit. I'm Native American. However, the name means "praiseworthy", which I find quite accurate. Although, it doesn't mean you will in fact, receive praise. I think the more accurate meaning of my name based on my life experience would be, ha ha.
